4. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Attend scheduled appointments or cancel responsibly

6. Provider Responsibilities

• Maintain required licenses and certifications
• Handle patient care professionally and ethically

7. Payments & Pricing

Payments for services may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. Healthcare providers are responsible for setting their own pricing. PatientsDoc.ai does not control consultation fees.

8. Subscription Plans (For Providers)

Providers may subscribe to paid plans to receive patient matches. Pricing tiers, features, and limits vary by plan. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. No-Show & Cancellation

Appointment cancellations and refund policies are determined by individual providers. PatientsDoc.ai is not responsible for missed appointments or refund disputes.

10. Data Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your information.

11. Limitation of Liability

PatientsDoc.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including medical outcomes, loss of data, or business interruptions arising from use of the platform.
